Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to orders placed through ABCEYEBROWS, operated by VARIETYSAFE.
Products
We aim to describe products accurately. Minor differences in appearance can occur because of screen settings, lighting, production batches or supplier packaging. Material product information should match the final product offered for sale.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros unless stated otherwise. The product price includes worldwide standard shipping where the destination is supported. Customs duties, import taxes and other local government charges are not included unless explicitly stated at checkout. Payment is completed through PayPal. An order is not considered paid until PayPal confirms payment.
Orders
After payment, you receive a transaction confirmation. We may contact you if information needed to fulfil an order is incomplete or if a product becomes unavailable. Products may be shipped directly to you by our fulfilment partner. VARIETYSAFE remains your seller and customer-service contact. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, the appropriate refund will be arranged.
Delivery
Delivery timing depends on the destination and shipping service. Any stated delivery window is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed. Mandatory rights concerning delayed delivery remain unaffected.
Returns and legal guarantee
Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy and applicable law. EU consumers have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not match the description.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections you have under the law of your country of residence.
