We want you to receive the product you ordered in good condition. Contact us at info@abceyebrows.com before returning anything.
EU right of withdrawal
EU consumers may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving a reason. Tell us clearly by email before the 14-day period ends. You then have 14 days to return the product.
Return shipping
For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the direct return-shipping costs. If a product is damaged, defective or incorrect, VARIETYSAFE pays the reasonable return cost or provides another suitable solution.
Hygiene exception
Where permitted by applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once their seal has been broken. This exception is used only when the product was supplied with an appropriate seal.
Return condition
Items accepted for return must be unused, complete and returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible. Do not send a return without contacting us first.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Where legally required, this includes the original standard delivery cost. We may wait until the returned product is received, or until you provide proof of return. Payment-provider processing times can vary.
Legal guarantee
EU consumers have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not match the description. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
